I am very pleased to note the release of the proceedings of maiden orientation camp organized as a core requirement for our fresh entrants in all programs running at IIITA, Prayagraj starting from the batch of 2020-21. This shall henceforth be followed for every new batch, as per the decision taken by our authorities.

An all rounded orientation to a new entrant is the most desired, while an entrant begins his study for a professional career, particularly in a fully residential Institution of National Importance. From a fully monitored parental care to a total freedom in a residential campus at this turning point of age, surely would create a state of confusion for a beginner. It is necessary that a beginner has to comprehend the purpose, the destination that he/she has to reach and the means that he/she would adopt to accomplish the same. The orientation camp has provided a great beginning to the fresher to gain self-directing capabilities. In the orientation the fresher is not compelled, but is encouraged to explore and discover what is the right path for himself/herself.

The compilation of the proceedings of the orientation camp surely is going to be a treasure in several senses.
